WALKING IN MANHATTAN
Times Square, winter rush hour. This landmark area hosts close to 50 million visitors annually. It has many nicknames including The Crossroads of the World and the "heart of the world". Times Square serves as a major tourist destination and as one of the centers for the world's entertainment and theatrical industries.
. . . I dearly love walking in Manhattan at dusk. How do I describe what twilight feels like? The sidewalks, the traffic, the smells, the vibrant light and half light. Air softer and cooler. Sounds becoming clearer and more live. How to capture that feeling?
